Everything you need to plan Leila's appearance.
Event Planner Kit
Program descriptions, approved bios, introductions, A/V requirements, audience outcomes, photography options, and promotion ready information in one place.

A speaker page should make your job easier.
You should not have to hunt through a website for a bio, wonder which introduction is approved, or email three times to learn whether a lectern is needed. This page puts the planning information in one place, and the downloadable kit gives your committee the full detail.
Leila can combine a keynote or workshop with conference photography, event visibility, and audience feedback. The goal is a strong experience in the room and useful assets after everyone goes home.

Leila's programs are story driven, participatory, and designed around a practical shift participants can use after the event.
The Art of the Ask
Turn unspoken needs into shared action. Participants learn a repeatable framework for making clearer requests, enlisting the right people, and moving from individual effort to partnership. They leave with a real ask redrafted, said out loud, and ready to make.
S.O.C.K.S.
Show Options. Connect. Keep Serving. A humorous closing experience about dignity, agency, connection, and the distance between what we offer and what people actually need.
The Wrong Eyes Don't Buy or Buy Into!
Posting is not marketing. A working session for organizations that need a sustainable way to find stories, reach the right people, and use practical AI without flattening their human voice.
Building Confidence and Collaboration Using Improv
Team building people actually enjoy. Applied improv becomes a practical tool for listening, building on ideas, collaborating across roles, and lowering the fear of getting it wrong. In person only.
Useful in the room. Measurable afterward.
Feedback collected through Talkadot can be shared with the host organization after the engagement.
Trusted across sectors and stages.
Recent and selected engagements include keynote, plenary, workshop, spotlight, and featured speaker roles.

Suggested introduction
Our next speaker has spoken in all 50 states and three countries, was hired by the U.S. Department of State to speak in Mexico, and is a National Teachers Hall of Fame inductee. But she will tell you her real education came from a classroom budget of zero and 803 visits to her students' homes. That is where she learned the skill she teaches today: how to ask for what you need in a way that gets people to say yes, and to keep saying yes. She is the author of Tech-No to Tech-Pro, a TEDx speaker, and she trained in comedy at The Second City, so expect to laugh. Bring a request you have been sitting on. You will leave with it ready to make. Please welcome Leila Kubesch.
Room and A/V
Prepared before she arrives.
Your speaker can also capture the conference.
Leila is a working event photographer. When photography is included, she covers stage moments, audience reactions, networking, details, and the human story of the event in a candid editorial style.
The edited gallery is delivered to the host organization with usage rights, ready for member communications, the website, social media, recaps, and next year's registration campaign.
